Derrick Rose All Star Reserve!

Derrick Rose was named to the Eastern Conference All Star team yesterday becoming the first Bull since Michael Jordan in 1998 to represent the Bulls in the All Star Game.

Rose will be joining other All Stars such as LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, and more in Dallas.

"I'm going to be watching them, observing them, seeing what they're doing," Rose said. "Hopefully, I'll take some leadership skills from them and try to bring them home to the Bulls so we can be winning championships."
The 2010 NBA All Star Game will be played in front of a record crowd at brand new Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, TX. Over 85,000 tickets have already been sold for the game.

"It's going to be crazy," Rose said. "Vinny said 85,000 tickets have been sold already. A regular arena holds like 18-20 thousand. I'm happy to be a part of it.
Congratulations to Derrick and hopefully this is the first of many All Star appearances to come.
